Personal Finance 101 (with Pizza!)
Brought to you by the Career & Civic Engagement Center, "It’s Personal: Personal Finance 101" is an engaging workshop designed to equip college students with the essential tools and knowledge to take control of their financial future. Acknowledging that financial education varies among students, this session focuses on practical, real-world topics to help participants build a strong foundation for their financial journey. Key areas include creating and managing a personalized budget, understanding debt and credit, and laying the groundwork for effective financial planning.
By the end of the workshop, students will walk away with actionable strategies, a working budget, and the confidence to make informed financial decisions as they transition into their professional lives.
Whether your future plans include working, starting your own venture, going to gradate or professional school, this session is for you!
