We are currently pausing distribution for Septa cards to students who have lost/misplaced or expired cards until the week of 2/23/2026. This is due in part to JAWNT no longer being the customer support service for the Key Advantage program. Septa will be migrating to a new system in just a few days. In the meantime, if you have lost/misplaced or have an expired card please follow the instructions below: 1. You would need to deactivate the misplaced card by contacting Septa at 2.
